What Information We Collect and How We Use It:

We collect information you provide when you create an account, place an order or contact us. We also collect certain browsing, device and transaction information through our website and the advertising tools described below. Visitors do not need to create an account to browse our website.

We share information with Shopify to operate our store and with Meta for the advertising and measurement purposes described below. We may also disclose information where required by law. Where applicable law requires consent for advertising-related collection or sharing, that consent is required.

If you choose to create an account, we collect the following information about you: Name, Address, Phone number, Email address, Username and Password. We use the information you supply for the purpose of providing the services you have requested, and as described in this policy. In addition, we may occasionally contact you via email or regular mail unless you opt-out.

Facebook and Instagram Advertising:

We use Shopify’s Facebook & Instagram by Meta integration with Enhanced data sharing, including the Meta Pixel, advanced matching and Conversions API. These tools help us measure advertising results, understand website activity, and show relevant advertisements on Facebook and Instagram.

Information shared with Meta may include pages and products viewed, cart and checkout activity, purchases, browser and device information, IP address, and customer details such as name, email address, phone number and location. Advanced matching helps Meta match customer information to its users. Purchase information can also be sent directly from Shopify to Meta through the Conversions API.

Meta processes this information under its Privacy Policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/). You can manage advertising preferences through your Meta account settings and cookies through your browser. Blocking browser cookies alone does not necessarily stop server-to-server sharing. To ask about your data or request to withdraw consent to advertising-related sharing, contact brew@aramse.coffee. Applicable consent requirements and your statutory privacy rights continue to apply.
