We enjoy this coffee black using a brew temperature of 90-92C and a coffee to water ratio of 1:15. This coffee is also very lightly roasted and therefore benefits from what is known as resting. Check the roast date on the bag and try and wait a week to 10 days before brewing to get the best results in the cup.
